My health and fitness journey started 16 years ago and I decided to study my Cert IV in fitness 14 years ago. Training has been a huge part of my life for a long time, but it wasn’t always that way.. When I was 17 I won my battle with gym anxiety and hired a personal trainer who changed my life and helped me lose 20kgs through weight training and healthy food swaps. After that I knew that I wanted to help people feel exactly the same way! My fitness journey put me down a dark path to eating and exercise disorders, because more is better right.. wrong – well I didn’t know any better back then! After years of navigating my way through the fads and trends of the industry I finally circled back to where it all began, lifting weights. Lifting weights saved my life, it broke the negative relationship I had with food, exercise and my body. I was no longer injured, I felt stronger and fitter than I had ever before – my confidence sky rocketed! For the last 6 years I have worked full time in the industry and have trained 100’s of clients. I have managed a gym, worked as a PT and group trainer, and I’ve studied numerous courses from industry leaders. I have always come back to the fact that females get the best results when they are lifting weights consistently and regularly!

♡ Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach | NSCA ♡ Bachelors of Exercise Science | Kinesiology I found weightlifting at a time I didn’t think I would need it the most. I still look back at 15 year old me walking into a gym and picking up her first dumbbell. In that moment I knew I found a passion and purpose. Moving my body and challenging her strength became the best part of my day and one I looked forward to! Lifting boosted my confidence, changed my mindset around exercise, boosted my mental health, and gave me a purpose (especially when I needed it most) . I decided to study exercise & weight lifting in college, determined to bring what I love to as many women as possible! Strength and conditioning have been a big part of my life and now I get to teach women how to find strength, confidence, and courage in the weight room.
